A makerspace is a collaborative workspace facility for making, learning, exploring and sharing that uses high tech to no tech tools. These spaces help prepare those who need the critical emerging skills in the fields of STEM. Some of the skills that are learned in makerspace concern design & technology, electronics, 3D printing and modelling, coding and programming, robotics, media production, interactive painting, arts, woodworking and many more prospects.
